Leviathan Corp was borne from a business plan created by members of the diverse student body at NYU's Stern School of Business. After graduation, founder Brian Cohn stayed in New York, while many classmates returned to their foreign homes, running family businesses, advancing up through the hierarchy of large companies and gaining new perspectives on global business. The students kept in touch with each other, and this constant communication of individuals in different countries soon steered business opportunities to Leviathan as their "US partner".
Leviathan soon became a US EXIM Bank approved exporter, taking advantage of US government programs designed to promote the export of goods made in USA. Leviathan quickly found success underwriting loans in its second month of incorporation in 1999 with EXIM Bank. Soon after Leviathan also became a contractor for the US government supplying uniforms for gan importing tires to the US.
As time passed and opportunities continued to present themselves, Leviathan Corp's perfect trade record helped forge great banking relationships worldwide, offering affordable rates. The Leviathan Corp business model evolved into providing overseas finance and supply solutions using a network of business contacts that have become the Leviathan family.
In September 2006 we were named to Inc. magazines 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the U.S. We plan on returning to the top 100 on that list in 2007. Today Leviathan Corporation has people on the ground in eight countries, making things happen and creating satisfied, loyal customers at every opportunity. From tires to sewing machines.
